Every game becomes part of their story
Each player has one profile that grows for as long as they play school water polo. Nothing is wiped at the end of a season. By the time a U14 reaches 1st Team, their profile holds years of real match data that parents, coaches and selectors can look back on.

From loading your U14s in January to handing out certificates after the final, ZimPolo takes care of the admin so your coaches can coach. Hosting a small local event or a national tournament with several age groups works the same way.
Step 1
Create your school account
Every school is already listed. A teacher or coach creates an account, picks their school and, once approved, manages it: home pool, address and parking so visitors can find you.
Step 2
Load every squad
Add players one by one, or import a whole team list from Excel, CSV, a PDF or a photo of a printed team sheet.
Step 3
Pick tournament teams
Tick who is travelling and give each player a cap number. Usual caps fill in for you.
Step 4
Host a tournament
Set the days, pools and age groups. ZimPolo builds the draw, and you drag games around while it is still a draft.
Step 5
Score courtside
The table official scores on a phone: goals, assists, exclusions, timeouts and saves. Standings and playoffs update themselves.
Step 6
Share everything
Send the tournament link to WhatsApp, print the programme, post result cards and hand out award certificates.

What is ZimPolo?
ZimPolo is the online home of Zimbabwe schools water polo. Schools keep their squads here, host schools run tournaments here, and anyone can follow live scores, draws, standings, school pages and player stats from a phone.
Do parents need an account to follow scores?
No. Tournament pages, live scores, school pages, player profiles and rankings are all public. Parents only need to open the link. Tapping Follow on a school saves it on that phone so its games show under My teams.
How do I get alerts when my child's school is playing?
Open the school page and tap Follow, then allow notifications. You get an alert when a game is about to start and another with the final score. On an iPhone, add ZimPolo to your home screen first, then allow alerts.
Which age groups does ZimPolo cover?
U14, U15, U16, U17, 1st Team and 2nd Team, for both boys and girls. Each tournament can run several age groups side by side across one or more pools.
Is a player's water polo history saved?
Yes. Every tournament a player takes part in stays on their profile, with goals, assists, shots, exclusions, cards and saves recorded game by game. The record follows them from U14 all the way to 1st Team and is never reset at the end of a season.
How does a school join ZimPolo?
A teacher or coach registers as a school admin and picks their school. The ZimPolo team approves the account, and the school can then load players one by one or import a full team list from Excel, CSV, a PDF or a photo of a team sheet.
Can I watch games live?
When a host school streams on YouTube, the video plays on the tournament page next to the live scores for that pool. Where there is no stream, the score, scorers and play by play update live as the table official records them.
Are player dates of birth shown in public?
No. Date of birth is optional and is only visible to the player's own school. Public profiles show the name, school, age group, cap number and match stats.
